Signing in with the help of the AI assistant
My WebOké includes an AI assistant that helps you with questions about your packages. If you ask the assistant something you need to do in DirectAdmin, or simply ask "How do I get to DirectAdmin?", you'll get a button to sign in straight away.
How it works
- Sign in to My WebOké and open the AI assistant (the AI Centre in the menu, or the chat window).
- Ask your question, for example "I want to create an email address" or "Sign me in to DirectAdmin".
- If you have several hosting packages, the assistant will ask which package you mean.
- Click the Sign In to DirectAdmin button, followed by the name of your package. DirectAdmin opens in a new tab and you're signed in.
The assistant uses the same secure sign-in method as the DirectAdmin button in My Products (see Signing in via My WebOké). So here too, you don't need a DA password.
Tip: The assistant can also arrange many things directly for you, without you needing to go into DirectAdmin yourself. Think of creating an email address, changing a DNS record or requesting an SSL certificate. Just ask.
