Managing domain contacts in one overview

Every domain name has contact details: who the registrant is and who the point of contact is. In My WebOké you manage these details in one place and decide for yourself which contact belongs to which domain.

Creating and managing contacts

  1. Log in to My WebOké.
  2. Go to Contacts (via My Administration, Contacts section).
  3. Here you can create new contacts and change existing registrant and contact details.

Linking a contact to domains

  1. Click the Link to domains button next to the contact and choose the domains this contact should apply to.
  2. Prefer to work from the domain? That is also possible: go to My Domains, choose your domain and open the Domain contacts tab.

Good to know

  • Changes are applied immediately at the registry, the official operator of the extension (such as SIDN for .nl domains). This keeps the WHOIS details of your domains correct at all times.
  • There is also a synchronisation function that retrieves the contact details from the registrar. Handy if you want to check that everything matches.
  • Up-to-date contact details are important: for many extensions the registrant is required to keep them accurate, and during a transfer or renewal you want to be easy to reach.
