Viewing active sessions and logging out remotely

In My WebOké you can see exactly which devices and browsers you are logged in on. If you have stayed logged in somewhere, for example on someone else's computer, you can easily log that session out remotely.

Viewing your active sessions

  1. Log in to My WebOké.
  2. Go to My login details (via My Administration, Login details tab).
  3. The overview of active sessions shows all devices and browsers on which your account is currently logged in.

Logging out a session remotely

  1. Find the session you want to end in the overview.
  2. Log the session out. Your account is then logged out on that device immediately.

This is especially useful if you have stayed logged in on another device, or if you see a session you do not recognise.

Good to know

  • Want to secure your account even further? Then also enable two-factor authentication. You can read how to do this in the knowledge base article "How do I enable two-factor authentication?".
  • You can also manage your other login details on the same page.
