Credit balance: what is it and how do you pay with it?

A credit balance is money held on your WebOké account. In My WebOké you can see exactly how much credit you have and what happened with it, and you can use it to pay open invoices.

How does a credit balance arise?

  • You paid too much on an invoice, for example through a duplicate payment.
  • You received a credit note.
  • You cancelled a service early and the remaining amount was added as credit.
  • WebOké added credit manually.

Where do you find your credit balance?

  1. Log in to My WebOké.
  2. Go to My Invoices and choose the Credit balance tab, or open mijn.weboke.nl/mijnfacturen/kredietsaldo directly.

You see your current balance and an overview of all transactions: what was added, what was applied to which invoice, and the balance after each step.

Paying with your credit balance

  1. Open the open invoice in My Invoices and click Pay now. Or click Pay with my balance on the Credit balance page.
  2. On the payment screen, choose Pay with your credit balance.
  3. If your balance covers the full amount, the invoice is marked as paid immediately. If your balance is lower than the invoice amount, the balance is applied and you pay the remainder with another method, such as iDEAL.

Paying with your credit balance is only possible when you are logged in to My WebOké yourself. The option is not available via a forwarded payment link or QR code.

Automatic application to orders

When you place a new order, we automatically apply your credit balance to the invoice for that order. You then only pay any remainder.
