OPcache: atraso de 30 segundos ao alterar um ficheiro PHP

Há alguns servidores onde o OPCACHE está ativo por predefinição. Isto pode provocar um atraso de 30 segundos quando um ficheiro PHP é alterado. Pode evitar isto incluindo a linha abaixo no ficheiro .htaccess.
